How do i add animation to my signature in Outlook?

I have seen people using animation with their signatures. i.e, Once i open
the e-mail i will find one line of signature moving from left to right
followed by another line and vice versa.

This very annoying feature is available if you are using HTML mail format
and use something like Front Page to create your signature.

Be aware, however, that lots of people are blocking HTML so your efforts may
be in vain, except for yourself as an accomplishment in coding.
