Hello,

My son is on a hockey team and we get emails that go to all the members of
the team. I want to add all these names to a new folder in my Contacts and
create a new distribution list. Is there an easier way than selecting each
name individually? Thanks.

Using Outlook 2003

Open the message, highlight all the email addresses, select copy, create a
new distribution list, select "Select Members" and paste the addresses into
the Members field.

Thanks,

I knew there had to be an easy way.
