How do I add addresses in a distribution list to contacts?

I have quite a few distribution lists that others have sent to me. I would
like to also add many of these individuals (in distribution lists) to my
contacts. Can't figure out how. Help? Thank you.

Save them as a txt file that you can then import into Outlook.
