how do I add a template to the toolbar?

We use several document templates often. How do I add them to the toolbar?
BTW, this new version of Word 2007, and Excel 2007 too, really sucks. What
were they thinking?
 
Add the 'New...' command from the All commands group to the QAT (Quick
Access Toolbar) to give you the familiar templates dialog. Install your
templates in the user templates folder - Word Options > Advanced > File
locations.
