How do I add a new web to My Network Places?

I have a small web on a webhost with FP extensions. Since I did not have
this web on my computer, I opened the live web in FP and published the web
to http://localhost/roadrunner (name of web).

FP asked if I wanted to make a new web and I said yes. However, the new web
does not show in "My Network Places". Consequently, I don't know how to open
the newly downloaded web. It does not show up in FP >Open Site>My Network
Places

Can someone give this newbie a clue. Thanks

Addendum: On my computer I am using the MS IIS from Win XP and the Server
Extensions. They are shown as "no problems" for the roadrunner web.

Ok,,,but yer gonna kick yourself

Open FP
File | Open Site
see that empty box at the bottom where it says; Site Name?
type in http://localhost/roadrunner
click the Open button

Yup, it was supposed to work that way, but it didn't add the new web to the
list in my Network Places.

What I ended up doing, and should have done in the first place:

File>Open Site>Tool (in upper right corner)>Map Network Drive>Welcome to the
Add Network Place Wizard etc.
