how do i add a name to the CC field in a distribution list?

A Director askes..."move these 2 users from the "To;" field to the "CC:"
field of the e-mail distribution group". I can't figure out how. Can anyone
help? Thx, sue
 
The Director does not understand. DL's have no such capability. The members
of the DL go into whatever field you place them in at the time you send the
message.
