How do I add a graphic to my web page title - eg hotmail has a bu.

I've noticed that some web site have been able to replace the internet
explorer icon that appears on the address line when you load their sites -
when you add their sites to your favourites, the same graphic appears beside
the name of the site. eg when you load www.hotmail.com on the address box,
the internet explorer icon changes to a two coloured butterfly. If you add
www.hotmail.com to your favourites, the same butterfly graphic appears next
to the name. How do you create that effect using frontpage. If you go to page
properties, you can only change the name of the page - you can't add a
graphic. Many many thanks
