How do i add a e-mail account to outlook?

I have comcast as my e mail provider. I've been tring and tring to add an e
mail account but no matter what i do, when i try to sycronize, i get an error
message. What should i do?

Tell us what version of Outlook and exactly what steps you're using to try
and create the account.
 
i need to know wht the comcast server is, if it's POP3, ect. and when it asks
for the web address i need to know what address should go there.
 
I don't know if this changes from area to area, but Comcast here(Vancouver,
WA) uses mail.comcast.net & smtp.comcast.net for incoming and outgoing POP3
settings.

Call Comcast. That's what you're paying them for.
