How do I activate windows mail from the internet web page as oppos

Hi can someone point me in the right direction of activating my icon I have
set up on the tools bar. It just sits there but does not work. I am using
vista home premium.

Are you talking about the Mail icon on the IE toolbar?
If so, do you get an error message when you click on it?

Yes and no.
I click and nothing happens no message at all
