how do I access the internet in outlook?

I used to have a browser in Outlook 2003 to surf the web. I cannot find it
in the 2007 version which I now have. Please help.
 
I think MS got rid of that feature since it wasn't exactly needed

Not to mention broken for any website that was suitably advanced in terms of
scripting.
