How do I access My Documents from within Outlook?

I used to be able to use Outlook 2000 to access all documents from My
Documents etc. I don't seem to be able to find a way of 'seeing' those
documents from within Outlook 2003 or of creating Office documents from
within Outlook 2003. Any suggestions?
