How do I access hotmail addresses with outlook?

Using Outlook to receive mail from my hotmail account. Can send but cannot
access my hotmail contacts.

That type of access would only be available with MSN premium accounts with
the Outlook Connector utility installed.

I pay for a hotmail account - is that a premium account? If so how to I
download Outlook Connector?

Not if it's Hotmail plus - you need MSN premium or Outlook online accounts
to use the connector. You have HTTP access with hotmail plus - that doesn't
use the hotmail contacts. You should have access to intellisync though.
