Outlook Connector Question

I am using the Outlook Connector from Hotmail to Outlook. I have created a
Group in Hotmail which shows 39 email addresses. When I go into Outlook and
view my contacts in hotmail, the group appears, but only has 1 contact in it.
This has happened before and I was told to make the group in Hotmail and then
it would sync with my Outlook. It appears this is not happening. Is there
something I need to do to make sure the group contacts are not disappearing?
I am running Outlook 2007. I use Outlook to send all emails.

I avoid the Outlook Connector like the plague, but that doesn't sound
correct to me. I would never expect Outlook to understand or use a "group"
you make in Hotmail. The only kind of grouping Outlook can use is a
Distribution List you make in Outlook. That hasn't changed to my knowledge.

Thank you. I appreciate the response. Let me see if this helps better...when
I try to make a new distribution list in Outlook with my Hotmail contacts,
the same thing happens, the list will work for one email, but won't save and
when I try to send to it again, the names in the list disappear. Which is why
I set it up in Hotmail thinking if the origin of the contacts was set up as a
list, then it would automatically come over to Outlook, which appears not to
have happen either. It's just frustrating when there are so many people I
need to send this too, and having to recreate it each time. I think that is
why the distribution list option was created.

As I said, I have never seen a DL work unless its members reside in an
Outlook data store. If you want to send to a group of Hotmail Contacts, send
from the Hotmail interface.
