How do display the help text when filling in a form

I have created a form and added help text to some of the fields but how do I
get this help text to display to the person completing the form.
 
The help text displays in the status bar at the bottom of the Word screen.

The help text is displayed in Word's status bar, a place that very few users
would think to look, unfortunately.
