Form field depencency and documents with equal contents

Hi,
I've been making a form. I've got three questions.
1. Is it possible to let a form field use a kind of if statement?
For instance: there is a checkbox and a drop-down form field. Can the
text in a text form field be filled in automatically (from a
predescribes set) based on the input of the checkbox and the drop-down
field? Lets stay is the checkbox is checked and the drop down says
<1000 then the text box displays "A". If the checkbox is checked and
the drop-down states 'not interesting', the text field displays "Z".
When the Checkbox is unckecked and the drop-down states 'not
interesting', the text field displays "10".
Or a different example. Thet text field 3 equals the higher number of
text1 and text2. i.e. text1=2, text2=10 => text3=10

2. Is it possible to let the form field content depend on input in
previous form text fields.
For instance if 'form text field 1' is filled in with a number over
1000 the rest of the form (text, fields, contents of dropdown doxes)
is different from when a number below 1000 would have been entered.

3. Is it possible insert the data from a form text field into the
template of a different document. And to do this repeatedly between
different source and destination files by users with only basic skills
in using windows (for instance older people who use computers on daily
basis, but do not have the flexibility to use advanced functions).
For instance: I've got a form 1 with intake information and a form 2
used for further processing. Now I get information about several
projects for which I fil in separate form 1's. Once these are filled
in I pass them on to a second person who wants to fill out a form 2
per project. Some data is the same, I want the second person to be
able to extract the data from form 1 into form 2.

It would be great if ou could help me along. I'm a intermediate
computer user. I use 'advanced functions' of word and know a little
about programming. Currently using Word 2003.

Thanks,
Maarten

All of this sounds doable, but you'll have to provide more detail or a
copy the document for us to provide any specific help.

You should be able to create a template that performs all the data
manipulation you need, then you'll have this info in the final
document.
