How disable icon consolidation on the taskbar?

If I open multiple Explorer windows they are all consolidated under a
single Explorer icon on the taskbar. How can I disable this behavior
and get one icon on the taskbar for each explorer window just as it was
in Win 2k.
 
Right click on the taskbar and choose Properties. On the Taskbar tab,
uncheck "Group similar taskbar buttons."
