How Direct E Mails Id inserted

Good day to you Sir,

I am user of Microsoft Outlook 2000 for last 3 years. Now I found that while
I have to type whole mail id whereas others are using 2002 and just typing 3
words they got mail id automatically.

Please advise in this regards and help to solve the problem.
