How copy Outlook Express Folders to a CD

Am using Outlook Express and would like to copy several Folders of e-mail to
a CD for storage. I cannot move the Folders of interest into my SONIC RECORD
NOW (Version 6) page in order to copy it to the CD.

How do I move the Folder in to SONIC RECORD?

If its not possible to use SONIC RECORD program how do I move the OE Folder
in to the Windows built in CD record system?

Am using a Dell PC with XP (Home)

it would be best to zip your files then burn to cd make sure you save to
mydocuments folder
