how copy format styling formats

how can I copy all format styling from one document to other?

Use the Organiser (found under Tools, Templates and Add-ins) to copy all
your styles across to the new template.
 
Use the organizer (tools > macro > macros > organizer) and copy the styles
from one document to the other.
or
Attach the first document's template to the other, with the automatically
update styles flag checked.
or
Base your second document on the template used to create the first.
