How can you sync a sub-set?

Anybody any ideas about his...

I have all my contacts set up in Outlook. I also have a sub-folder
containing a selection of these contacts that I wish to sync with my mobile
phone. Each entry in this sub-folder contains only 5 fields; name, home,
work, mobile numbers and email address. Is there some way of "tagging" a
contact so that it makes a copy into this sub-folder but with just these
selected fields?

For example, if I were to create a "Mobile" category I could select those
contacts from my master folder I want on my mobile phone. By then applying
some magic a copy of these contacts would then appear in a sub-folder but
with only the 5 fields my mobile needs.

Does this make sense?
