No idea what you are asking. Do you have a database full of people with
particular degrees? If so, and you want to find all of them with a
particular degree, put that degree name in the criteria under the field.
If you want a detailed/specific answer, you would have to give us much more
detail about your database. An Access database can be built to track and
store just about anything. We can't see yours, so you would have to
describe it to us.
You really need to be clearer with your question. I can only assume you have
a table with a Yes/No field that indicates an AA degree. Let's call that
field AADegree and let's call your table Contacts.
The following query is untested best guess on my part, and should be
considered in that light. The table and column names are also
invented, and you will have to adapt them to suit your db schema.
SELECT F1.FirstName
,F1.LastName
,D1.DegreeName
FROM Faculty AS F1
INNER JOIN
Degrees AS D1
ON F1.FacultyID = D1.FacultyID
WHERE D1.DegreeType = "AA"
