How can we click on email links to reply within forwarded emails?

Sorry if this is daft but how do we 'turn on' the function to allow us to
click on email links within emails received in Outlook 2003?

Any forwarded email we receive, the email links just appear as text not mail
links?

Our emails go through Exchange Server 2003 via our server and the mails are
hosted through an mail host hostinguk.net

What can we do?

Hold your curser over the link. Press 'shift' key and then click on link.
Hope this helps. Took me hours and hours to find that solution!
