I resently install outlook 2003 to my new desktop PC join my PC to the
domain (file server which my previous outlook 2002 mails folder located e.g.
"H" drive in the server), everything seem o.k. (i.e. send/received mail
o.k.),that mean my outllok sentting is o.k. , included the.pst file. BUT
problem come , I found those previous mail can be retrived. I try export the
"in box" form the "H" drived on the srver (a bcakup file) and then import to
my new PC ,but the respone saying can't be import due to difference mail
format, can any expert help me to solved the problem ?

Don't use import/export. Just copy or move your .PST file to your current
hard drive, make sure it's not read-only, then open it in Outlook via File |
Open | Outlook Data File. More information on restoring Outlook data is
available at http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm
