How can my boss view my contacts and activities on her own compute

P

Parapenguin

I have created a Contacts Folder and put each client into its own contact. I
have linked deadlines, calendar entries, journal entries, notes to many of
the contacts. I have allowed her permission to the Contacts Folder.
However, from her computer, when she opens a contact and clicks on the
"Activities" button, it states that there are none. I can only seem to view
from the creator's (MY) computer.

Does anyone have information on what I'm doing wrong so that my things can
be viewed from other computers?

HELP ME PLEASE!!!

The activities button does not do what you seem to expect it to. When you
click it, it looks through your local Outlook file and finds all items
relating to that Contact's email address. It won't work if the boss clicks
as Outlook is a PIM not a CRM system. Personal Information Manager vs
Customer Relationship Manager.

There are, however, many CRM add-ins for Outlook.
