How can I view changes made to an appointment in Outlook?

Beyond simply when it was modified, I need to be able to see when and how an
Outlook appointment was modified. For instance, I set an appointment for
10:00 am on Oct 2. Later, I find that the appointment was moved to 11:00 am.
How can I arrange to display what changes were made, by whom, and at what
time?
 
Outlook doesn't track previous versions of items. You can see the date an item was last modified by displaying the folder in a table view and adding the Modified field to the view.
