how can i view 2 spreadsheets on an extended desktop

i run extended desktop. i am trying to figure out how to be able to view a
different speadsheet on each screen
 
yes i have 2 monitors on one computer. i am working in excel 07. this does
not seem to work in 07. any other ideas please?
