How can I use the Danish o with Microsoft Office 2003?
I found the other 2 Danish signs via 'Insert' - 'Symbol', and I created a
shortcut key for them, but the third Danish sign is missing.

Are you referring to ø and Ø? They can be found at 00F8 and 00D8,
respectively, in the Latin-1 character subset in the Symbol dialog. They are
present in most Unicode fonts.
