How can I use animation in my home page?

I make a web with frontpage.Also i insert a picture in my home page but i
want to transition my pic for example when viewrs entre my home page my pic
move down or move up and something like this also some of my sectance.But i
don't know how can i do this?

Hi Aida,

Usually, animations are done using animated GIF image files. You would need
an animated GIF editor to create one.
