How can I update Read Receipts in Outlook?

The email read receipts are incorporated in controlled doucments I release.

How can I update the Read Receipt, or is it automatically done every time I
go to that tab?

Also, recent read recepts are coming to me via "Barracuda" and they are not
updating the read receipt report. Is there a way I can make that happen?

if the read receipt is returned in rtf format, outlook processes it
automatically. if the receipt is plain text, it can't process it. It sounds
like the Barracuda client is not sending them in the proper format for
outlook to process.

We are very careful to send email in rtf format, and we always request
delivery and read receipts. Are you saying that perhaps our tracking tabs
are not updating because receipts are being sent in plain text?

If the recipient reads the email on their blackberry, will it still show a
read reciept?

How is it that I can receive read/delivey receipts from some peopel and not
others. These are my contacts and they are not plain text messages. I have
chosen the option to request them and I do receive some but not from others.

Can you possibly tell me why I cannot get them from all my contacts? I am
using 2007 Outlook. I never had this problem in 2003 Outlook.

Do the users actually allow read receipts? Also, many ISPs don't allow them.
