How can I type 2 rows in one cell when setting up a header row? I want to
type "pkg. size" and have it on 2 lines in 1 cell?

Type pkg then hold down the ALT key and hit ENTER then finish typing.

Depending on the length of what you type in, you may have to adjust the
column width/row height to get it to look how you want it.

type:
pkg.
(hit alt-enter)
size
