How can I transfer mail form one Outlook Identity to another???

I guess you mean Outlook Express-

Log in as different identity and use File -> Import ->
Messages to import messages from the other identity's
information store.
 
Go to the profile that currently has all the items that
need to be transferred and export each folder to as a pst
file to your desktop (remember to re-name the files
accordingly or they will overwrite each other). Then open
the new identity and IMPORT the pst files into the
folders of the same name.
