how can i transfer all my emails from my old pc to my new pc

I bought a new computer and I have microsoft outlook 2003 on both my old and
new pc's... I need to transfer all my emails and contacts into the new pc in
the exact order (by date) that they are on the old pc... is this possible?
and how?
in other words I want to open outlook 2003 on my new pc and see my emails
the way they were on the other pc...sorry if this is confusing... lol
