Microsoft Outlook 2003 : how to transfer email files to a new PC?

I have been using Outlook 2003 as my primary email application for several
years now and I have 100s of personal and bsuiness medssages stored on my PC.
I am about to start using a new PC and wanted your advice on the best way to
transfer my email files from my old PC to me new PC.
