How can I synchronize Outlook 2002 files between two computers?

I'm using OfficeXP on a desktop and a notebook computer. Before I travel, I
would like to be able to synchronize mail, address book, etc. on my notebook
with the files from my desktop system. When I return from a trip, I would
then like to synchronize my desktop Outlook files with the more up-to-date
versions from my notebook. Where can I go to find alternatives on how to do
this?
