From some searches at Microsoft's own support site
(http://support.microsoft.com/):

HOW TO: Enable Application Compatibility-Mode Technology in Windows 2000
SP2 and SP3
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;;279792

Description of the Application Compatibility Tool
http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;;251062

Other than the Support folder on the Windows 2000 CD, you can go to
http://snurl.com/325p.
