how can I shift email text to Word for storage

I would suggest asking this question in a newsgroup for your EMail
program (Outlook? Outlook Express? Something else?); this group is for
a different program, the database software Microsoft Access. The
webpage can be confusing - scroll down the list of subject areas and
find your mail program.
