How can I sharpen a blurry image?

When I download an image from a web site and enlarge it in PowerPoint, the
Picture becomes blurry. Is there any way I can sharpen the image so that it
reflects the original picture?

Images downloaded from the web are normally low resolution and become very
pixelated when re-sized larger. Either don't enlarge it or replace it with a
different image.

Quite often I have found that the same image on the internet is posted at
different resolutions in different locations. When you do a search for that
image, if you get several hits, try one that has a higher resolution.
