I have a home wifi network using Charter as an ISP with their modem. I am
using a linkseye router to wifi my home network. Outlook will not work and I
keep receiving different errors such as "unknown-80070059 and POP3 is not
recognized". If someone can help explain to me how to use Outlook for E-mail
given this setup it would be greatly appreciated. My home network is a LAN
and Charter uses a cable modem, I have no dial up nor do I want a dila up
connection.

Outlook shouldn't care what type of network you're using. Make sure the MTU
setting in your router is appropriate. Linksys routers have had trouble
with that. Check Charter's help pages for the correct server and port
values to be used in the account settings.
