How can I set up the Outlook mail to serve more than one user?

I want to change from using Outlook Express to using Outlook as an e-mail
program. I am using Xp on my computer. When using Outlook Express I am able
to set up the program so that more than one user can receive and reed bout
new and old e-mails just by telling Outlook Express where the e-mail should
be stored. How can I do this in Outlook?
 
Its not that easy with this version of Outlook, you have a couple of choices
and I am guessing you are in Internet Mode version of Outlook (the mode is
specified on Help > About > second line), you could change mode to
Corporate/Workgroup and then create separate profiles for each user or stay
in Internet Only mode and have separate window logins for each user.
 
Go to tools, accounts

click new account and follow the onscreen instructions.
