how can I set up my television to view my com' desktop

I want to know the steps to view tv in my computer's
desktop. I have an nVidia graphis card. thank for your
help
 
You need a TV tuner, or other card that supports TV in, either via
audio/video connections or an RF connection. There are some add-on
products that will allow you to do this via a USB connection, without having
a TV tuner card.
