Video Card outout for television

Hello. I own a Dell Dimension 3100 running Windows XP home. It has an
Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express video card with Intel Graphics Media
Accelerator. When I am looking at the driver information, it says:
"More visual display options for devices attached to this computer,
such as: Television, Digital Display; Notebook; Monitor..." Does this
mean I am able to actually hook up my computer to a TV, and if so, how?
I would buy a new video card with an S-Video out to get around this
problem, except that I still want to use my current video card for my
monitor and I don't think I can use two cards at the same time.

The best way to check on TV output is to look at the back of the
computer. If there is an S-Video or Composite output, then you usually
can run a TV as a second monitor. If not, then you will need a
secondary card. Usually you can get a PCI card and switch between PCI
and AGP at boot.

The alternative is to get a converter from VGA to NTSC. This will send
your monitor output to the tv.

HTH.

And why do you believe you can't use two video cards? You may want to
look over what you have. And also check on "multiple monitors" in
Windows Help.
