How can I set up a rule to put all outgoing emails into inbox ?

How can I get outgoing emails to be placed into my mail inbox instead of my
sent mail folder? Outlook 2003.
 
Create a rule to do it and turn off the default saving of sent things to the
Sent Items folder.
