How can I set up a link on my website so that when it's clicked, a new window
of the clicked link appears???

In the Create Hyperlink near the bottom right you'll see "Target Frame".
Hit the drop down menu there (looks like a little pencil) and then choose
"New Window". This will open the link in a new browser window. Good Luck!
