How can I set Outlook 2003 to autmatically DL the pictures contained in emails?

I'm not referring to attachments, I referring to emails that actually
have pictures in them. Inow I get the email text with a border where
the picture should be and a little box with an "X" in the upper left
corner. I have to right clcik on that X and select DL pictures. How
can I make Outlook 2003 get the pictures when it retrieves the email?
