How can I see Company names in outlook address book?

When trying to make distribution lists or sending e-mails to multiple people
I need to be able to see the company names for these people. I can't
currently do so in the address book of outlook 2003. Can anyone help?

Are you in Contacts? If so, use the Phone List view and the Group By Box.
You may be able to manipulate exactly the view you want that way.

You could sort by Company name (click on that Column header). You could
Group By Category (drag that column header into the Group By Box). If you
want to email a whole Category of people you just drag them to the Outbox or
email merge to them - there's more functionality doing this than using
Distribution Lists.
