How can I see all options in menu not just most resent ones used?

You will find more help if you post to a Window XP group since this is an
Access group. That my first bet.

When I click on a menu option (File, Edit, View...) Only the most resent
tasked used show up unless I scroll down. How can I have it show all options
availble?

View, Toolbars, Customize and click on the Options tab. You'll see the
option to 'Always show full menus'
