I would like to see 3 slides with notes on one page of a presentation (before
I go to print) so that I can send it to someone to enter notes on the screen.

The only way I know of to do this is save each of the three slides as images
files (jpg, gif, etc) and then insert the pictures on a slide. It's a
little confusing about what you're really trying to do. Can you explain more
and tell us what version of PowerPoint you're using?

As Glenna says, can you tell us more about what you are really trying to do? Is
there a reason that the user can't receive a copy of your presentation and add
the notes to each single slide? Have you considered using the Review function?
