How to print multiple slides with notes

T

ThomasIsse

Hi there,
I am trying to print out a notes page with more than one slide on each
page - Kinda like the handout page with 3 slides per page but instead
of blank lines I would like the notes for each slide. Anyone know's
how to do this?
Thanks in advance.

Which version of PPT are you using? In 2002 / 2003 you: File > Send to >
Microsoft Office Word. Select Notes next to slides option.

First, send your presentation to Microsoft Word. Click File > Send To >
Microsoft Office Word. Select Notes next to slides. Click Ok.
Then, print it from Microsoft Word.

Hi Sandy 2003 version.
I was hoping to do it directly in Powerpoint. Is this possible?

This option does not seem to exist in PowerPoint 2007. "Send" only allows
the options of email and fax. How can I sent it to Word? Or does 2007
allow this function from within PowerPoint?

In PPT 2007, it's Office Button | Publish | Create Handouts in Microsoft
Office Word. Same tool, though.
