Print out slides with speaking notes?

P

I've seen other people printout a document from their Powerpoint which has a
few slides per page on the left side, while on the right side were blank
lines of text. (How do they do that?)

In my Powerpoint, I have speaking notes along with each slide. Am I somehow
able to printout in such a way that there are mutliple slides per page, along
with the speaking notes on the side?

I know I can print out a single page that has the slide and speaking notes,
but for a 50+ slide presentation, this is a bit of a waste of paper :-(

I'm guessing these other people have used the 'send to word' feature of
powerpoint

On the File menu of powerpoint there is an option 'send to...' - if you
choose the 'send to Word' then you can open your slides in microsoft word.

When you choose the send to word feature there is a list of layouts to
choose from.
