I have a WORD document that I would like to be able to SEARCH the whole
document for keywords. I have to raise the scroll bar and put the cursor at
the top of the beginning of the report in order for it to sesrch the whole
document. Can I make it so that it will search the whole document no matter
what page I am on when I use the find search?

Go to "Edit" then "Find" and type the word you would like to find. it will
then highlight the word. If there are more than one of the same word, you can
just keep clicking next until you find the right one.

When you get to the end of the Word document it should cycle around to the
beginning again. If not, you may have the search options set to only search
“Down.†In the Find & Replace dialog box click the “More†button. Make
sure that it is set to “All†and not “Down.†Hope this helps.

Plus, when Searching Down, when it gets to the end of the document it
will ask you if you want it to search from the beginning. Just Say
Yes.
